Sergeant-at-Arms Evelyn Moy plans a presentation on how to write up a veteran’s legacy for family historical purposes, for use during a celebration of life, or for other purposes such as participation in the Library of Congress’ Veterans History Project. Vice Commander Lincoln Smith will discuss the four pillars of the American Legion, with emphasis on the National Security pillar.
